01. About Me

Martim Aquino

I'm a Computer Engineering student based in Portugal, driven by a constant curiosity to understand how technology can solve real-world problems. I've always been fascinated by the idea of automating processes — eliminating repetitive work and letting machines do what they do best.

Artificial Intelligence is another one of my greatest passions. I believe we're living through an unprecedented technological revolution, and I want to be at the forefront — building solutions that combine AI, automation and software engineering to create real impact. I actively explore LLMs, intelligent agents and AI integration into development workflows.

Throughout my academic journey, I've built complete full-stack projects — from hotel management systems with 12+ modules in Flask/MySQL, to modern SPAs in React, REST APIs in Node.js and desktop applications with graphical interfaces. Every project is an opportunity to learn something new and sharpen my ability to turn an idea into a working solution.

When I'm not coding, I'm exploring new AI tools, experimenting with task automation or contributing to open-source projects. I believe the best way to learn is by building.
